As someone with more than 20 years of experience leading diversity and inclusion work and initiatives, our presenter, Priscilla has seen it all. In this session, she will share lessons she learned over the past two decades that can apply to anyone who plays a role in leading teams or advancing work within organizations.
Topics will include why DEI work is not solely the job of those in human resources, and why focusing solely on hiring diverse talent is not an effective strategy.
