She is a diverse professional herself (woman, Asian, introvert, looks really young) and is on a mission to help others level up with confidence and ignite their passion so they can make their unique impact in the world.

Laura had been in corporate innovation for 17 years before starting Mindtap in 2020. She began her career as an engineer and expanded her experience to innovation and business roles. She’s worked for top Global Consumer Product Goods (CPG) and Pharmaceutical companies, such as Procter & Gamble, Pfizer & GSK.
