Adele Leonard is Vice President of Payroll & Core Delivery at TriNet, a leading provider of comprehensive human resources for small and medium size businesses. In this role, she manages teams of payroll professionals who process and deliver paychecks, payroll reporting and all regulatory filings for the hundreds of thousands of employees who work for TriNet’s clients.
 
Adele has led the payroll operations at TriNet for over seven years. In her 30-plus year career, she has held leadership rolls in payroll, quality control and customer service for organizations in the finance, healthcare and service industries, including Advantec, Bank of New York, Deutsche Bank, Kaiser Permanente and General Foods. She has a bachelor’s degrees in mathematics from Manhattanville College.
