Darcy Roberts, BA, PCC is an experienced leadership & career coach and facilitator who wants people to love their work. She joined The Management Coach as an executive coach in 2016, and in 2023 took over the business as managing director.
With more than 20 years of administrative experience across a variety of industries including the arts, law, finance, banking & executive search, Darcy has coached a variety of people at all levels of the corporate world. A particular area of specialization for Darcy is coaching and developing managers and leaders in transition from being independent contributors to becoming strong people leaders.
Darcy completed her coach training with the Coaches Training Institute in 2016 and has a PCC coaching accreditation from the International Coach Federation (ICF). She is a certified facilitator of LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method, Effectiveness Coaching, the Facet5, and Birkman personality assessment tools.
