Brian Nowak brings a wealth of experience to his new position at RiskScout. He has spent over a decade in regulatory compliance and internal audit roles.  Brian has worked as a safety and soundness examiner for the Federal Reserve System and held senior executive positions at prestigious accounting firms.

During his tenure at the Federal Reserve, he oversaw all aspects of examinations for both small and multi-billion-dollar financial institutions and bank holding companies. His specialties include evaluating various areas such as risk management practices, asset quality, earnings performance, interest rate risk management products, liquidity, internal controls, and management information systems.

In his new role at RiskScout, Brian will apply his expertise in regulatory monitoring, compliance, lending, credit analysis, loan review, and credit risk management to support the company’s mission of analyzing and assisting financial institutions conducting business in high-risk industries like cannabis and cryptocurrency.

With a well-rounded background in the financial industry, he brings a unique perspective to his work at RiskScout. Nowak’s passion for mentoring and educating young people on personal finance aligns with the company’s mission to support financial institutions in high-risk industries.
