Course Description

Increased demand, plus recent shifts in workplace practices and operating models have significantly expanded candidate pools for organizations. By offering teleworking, flexible schedules, and creative benefits, companies can attract top talent from around the country. There is also now an opportunity to hire more diverse talent.

These changes also require organizations to think more intentionally about company culture as the business grows. In this session, we’ll talk about how to maintain a strong culture, foster inclusion across a more dispersed workforce, and optimize talent in increasingly diverse teams.

Learning Objectives:

  • List and define the components of workplace culture, and how to build with a hybrid workforce

  • Evaluate the link between diversity, innovation, and performance

  • Identify strategies to expand candidate talent pools
